Before you start
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They open the link in the browser they already have and upload straight from their camera roll. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
How do guests find the link?
You get a short code and a QR code the moment your gallery is ready. Print the QR Code Card for the tables, add the link to your bio, or share the code in your group chat.
Is that really the only cost?
Yes. One gallery, one payment, no subscription — and no charge per guest or per photo, however many people upload.
Is there a limit on guests, photos or videos?
No caps. Invite five people or five hundred, and everyone can upload as much as they like.
How long does the gallery stay live?
Your gallery stays open for 30 days after your event. Guests can upload during that time and you can download everything. After the deadline, all photos and videos are permanently deleted.
Can I remove a photo I don't want in there?
Yes — you're the host. Hide or remove anything from your gallery whenever you like.
Can guests see the photos and videos too?
That’s up to you. Keep uploads host-only, or switch on the guest gallery so everyone with the private link can browse them too. You can add optional passcode protection, turn guest viewing off, pause uploads or remove anything whenever you need to.
